Any fees for fitting?
Fitting charges are RM10 per person for unlimited fitting.
Waivable if rental confirmation and payment are completed within three days.

How much does it cost to rent a gown?
DRESSE prices start at RM99.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes. Typically a security deposit is required on-top of the rental.
When and how do I get back my security deposit?
We normally will credit back the security deposit via bank transfer to your local bank account upon you returning the rental item(s).

What are the rental terms & conditions?
- The rental fee included 4 days rental, dry cleaning fee, minor alterations likewise strap, bust and waist adjustment.
- Cancellation is Strictly Prohibited. However, DRESSE allows the Rental fees/Security Deposits to be converted in the form of Store’s credit for future utilisation, valid only for 3 months from date of cancellation. The Store Credit is strictly non-refundable in cash terms.
- Late return penalty applies at RM30/day.
- You are liable for all loss or damage caused to the products in their full replacement cost or value whichever is the higher.
