Rental Terms & Conditions

  • The rental period for the item/garment begins on the “Collection Date” when it is ready for collection and ends on the “Return Date” when the complete rented items are returned in their original condition. The rented items include garments, a hanger, and a garment bag. Penalties of RM 20 and RM 50 will be charged for missing the original hanger and garment bag, respectively.
  • When making a rental reservation, the total security deposit amount will be charged, and fees/deposits paid for the reservation are non-cancellable and non-refundable. On the “Collection Date,” the rental fee must be paid.
  • The security deposit will be refunded within five working days of returning the rented item/garment in its original condition. If the rented item/garment is damaged, DRESSE has the right to offset any monetary claims (repair/replacement costs) against the security deposit. If the rented item/garment is unrepairable or lost, the full amount of the security deposit will be forfeited immediately.
  • The Renter agreed to use the rented item/garment only in the manner for which it was reserved and specified for. The Renter is strictly prohibited from altering/modifying/washing/cleaning/ironing/steaming the rented item/garment in any way.
  • The Renter agreed to return the rented item/garment on the “Return Date” and will be charged a fine of RM30 per day for late returns. Extension of the rental period is subject to approval from DRESSE, and the Renter will be charged an additional daily fee prorated against the total rental fees.
  • Cancellation is prohibited, but Rental fees/Security Deposits can be converted into Store Credit for future utilization. The Store Credit is valid for only three months from the cancellation date and is non-refundable in cash terms.
  • The Renter understood and agreed to all the Terms & Conditions stated above. DRESSE reserves the right to amend any of the above Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
